Task 1 of 4
Make the headers in A1:D1 bold with a blue fill.
Lesson theory
Formatting helps people read a table; it is not decoration:
- Headers are bold (Ctrl+B) with a light fill;
- Numbers are right-aligned (Excel does this on its own) and text is left-aligned. Short codes can be centered;
- Borders separate a table from the rest of the sheet;
- Color should carry meaning (a total, a warning), not decoration. Two or three colors per report are plenty.
